M. Bailey has a Bachelor of Science in Music from The University of Colorado at Boulder, a Bachelor of Music Education from Metropolitan State University and a Masters in Music Education with an emphasis in elementary aged children from Kent State University. She has been teaching music in Colorado for 8 years, 6 of which have been at Columbine Elementary School. M. Bailey has a passion for building the whole child and will often use social emotional and social justice themes to approach teaching music. When she is not teaching, she is spending time outdoors with her partner and two young children. She loves coffee, animals and music, of course!
