Hello, I am your school counselor, Ms. Owens. This is my seventh year at Columbine and I love working with the entire student body and their families. My colleagues are incredible and Columbine is one of the best schools I have worked at. I provide whole-class student wellness and engagement lessons, and lunch groups focusing on friendships, communication, emotional regulation, preparing for middle school, and other topics. I also work with students individually to increase academic performance, social skills, and problem-solving strategies. I love teaching students skills they will use for the rest of their lives.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, yoga, cooking, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to set up a meeting.
