Mr. Thurman lives in Johnstown Colorado with his wife and 12 year old stepson, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 1 axolotl, and 10 chickens! He enjoys gaming, reading, writing, history and navigation. He loves anything outdoors with cycling, hiking, snowshoeing and camping among his favorites. Virtual bike racing has become a favorite of his. He is passionate about not just being healthy, but optimizing health and teaching this to others including his students. Thriving, not simply surviving day to day, is something he lives by and shares with others. He believes there is nothing better than a good adventure!
