I’m Luis, and I’ve proudly served as the Family Liaison at Columbine Elementary for the past four years, with a total of 20 years in the district. I’m originally from Parral Chihuahua, Mexico, and I moved to the U.S. in 1998. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Education from Mexico and am deeply passionate about helping and supporting families.

What I love most about Columbine is the incredible unity that exists between families and staff — it’s a truly special community. The most rewarding part of my job is providing support to families when they need it most.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son and sisters, trying new restaurants, and visiting Mexico whenever I can. I’m proud to be part of the Columbine family and to make a difference in the lives of our students and their families. Go Cougars!
