Since 2012, in some form or fashion, I have been with the St. Vrain Valley School District. My career as a para educator began while waiting for my teaching license to transfer over from Texas. Once that occurred, I began teaching fourth grade which was exactly what I had done and loved in Texas.

However, after some time, I switched back to being a para educator as it was a better fit for my family. I truly love being a para educator as it allows me to work with small groups, especially regarding reading and writing!
