I feel so very lucky to be teaching at Columbine Elementary. I have taught for over 10 years in 1st - 5th grade classrooms. Teaching 2nd grade is my absolute favorite grade. I am very passionate about teaching children how to read. My favorite parts of teaching are laughing, loving, and learning with my students, while building a strong community with my class and families.

I have two children, Theodore (8 years old) and Fox (5 years old), with my husband, Max, and we live in Erie. When my children were younger and I wasn't able to teach in the classroom I ran my own reading tutoring business. My family and I love spending time with our friends and family, playing games, and doing anything outside.
