Hello, I am Ms. Annie. I work in the Special Education Department here at Columbine as a ParaEducator. I have worked for SVVSD for 17 years and at Columbine for the past 3 years. Sometimes students need a little extra help with their academics or just getting through their day and that is where I come in. I love my job helping students and feel fortunate to be at Columbine where the staff is filled with exceptional professionals who deeply care about the students. I am trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention, CPR and have taken the Praxis test.

I enjoy traveling to new places and learning about different cultures. I would like to learn Spanish but am finding it difficult to shake the years of French I took. Spanish with a French accent is not great. I love languages and word games and walking and birds and the change of the seasons, my husband and son and the funny things kids say.

It's a privilege to be at Columbine.
