I'm Mrs. Schrader, and I’ve been a first-grade teacher at Columbine Elementary for the past 12 years. One of my favorite things about Columbine is our incredible families. We have the most loving, supportive community, and it’s so special to see multiple generations of students walk through our doors.

What I enjoy most about teaching are the kids. I love not only teaching academics but also helping them grow into kind, good-hearted humans—they’re the reason I keep coming back every day.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, snuggling with my dogs, watching TV, and spending time with friends sharing lots of laughter. Columbine is such a special place, and I’m grateful to be part of this wonderful community. Go Cougars!
