Hello! My name is Mrs. Flippin, and I am so excited to join the Columbine community this year!

This marks my 19th year in education, including 11 wonderful years spent as a 1st grade biliteracy teacher. Helping young learners build early literacy skills in both English and Spanish is my true passion. In my classroom, we will focus on building strong academic foundations while also practicing core Columbine values like respect, responsibility, and kindness every single day.

When I am not in the classroom, I love swimming before school for exercise, snuggling with my dog and kitten, enjoying lots of laughs with my husband, and spending quality time with my sisters and nephew.

I am so grateful to be a part of this community and look forward to an amazing year of learning, growing, and partnering with your wonderful children!
