I am dedicated to serving students and accommodating diverse learning needs at Columbine Elementary. Outside of my professional commitments, I am the parent of three adult children and enjoy gardening, hiking, and spending time with my family and friends.

My engagement within educational environments spans numerous years, encompassing both professional and volunteer roles with students that began when my own children were young. I possess sixteen years of professional experience in elementary education as a paraprofessional. This includes twelve years as a kindergarten paraprofessional, followed by four years in special education as a para-intern gaining foundational instructional experience. Motivated by a long-standing professional objective, I returned to higher education to obtain a teaching degree in special education.
