Hello! My name is Ms. Walker, and I am a Special Education Paraprofessional at Columbine Elementary. This is my second year at Columbine and my fourth year in special education.

I have the privilege of working with students across all grade levels who may need extra support to succeed. I love watching our students grow as they overcome challenges and gain confidence in their learning. It’s an honor to contribute to a caring and rigorous classroom environment.

I’m pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Special Education at the University of Colorado Denver through the Paraprofessional to Teacher Apprenticeship Pathway (PTAP) program. I’m excited to continue growing as an educator while supporting my students in their success!

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and baking, playing games, being creative, and spending time with friends and family. I’m grateful to be part of the Columbine community, here’s to another great year!
